Fritz hoped that this home would be his last in a long time and that he and Selene could start a family. His words from when they joined Crimson Dreams were still true and rather prominent on his mind. Children were the reason that he chose their house with the half of a second story. Of course the height of the ceilings were mostly so he could fit inside the house comfortably. That was a downside of being so tall.
Yet with pups, he could tell that Selene wasn’t ready for them yet. And although she knew his desire for them, he also knew that she knew that he would give her as much time as she needed or wanted. For now he was perfectly happy being able to spend lots of time with her, time that he wouldn’t have been able to give if Corsair had gone through. So it was a bit of a blessing that the pack ended up falling apart. He vaguely wondered what happened to some of the canines like Tobias. He knew quite a few of them had joined Vinátta but he had no idea about the rest.
Fritz took to wandering a bit aimlessly in his new home, wanting to explore but not vigorously. Plus, he wanted to think about what to do in the pack. He would likely join the warriors and guardians and Saul seemed excited about him being skilled in construction. The sound of a voice and the slight bleating of a goat interrupted his thoughts. He ambled over towards the source to see who it was and maybe get to know them.
