Unfortunately not. :< Puppies are playable exactly two months after they're born and not a day sooner, regardless of when their threads are dated. You can always play him in the LASKY forum!
If it's still a few weeks until Nate is two months old, you might consider joining with a temporary character and having a thread or two and killing him off? If it's less than like... three weeks, though, I'd say it's not even worth it 'cause you'd have to wait two weeks after killing the temporary, and unless that & Nate's playability dates overlap, it'd equal more waiting. x:
