Ivy glanced at the others, an older one looked at her with kind eyes. When he nodded towards the other wolf- his son, she gave him a smile. She began to mentally mapping out the landscape around her as she headed over to the wolf called Aro. There was a small smile on her face as she examined the other. He was focused on another, this one a coyote who seemed to be very protective other the other. The female stood a little apart from the two and looked ahead.

Her mind quickly went to the hunt as she scanned the buck that they had targeted for the kill. She was never good at taking down deer on her own but with speed and surprise on her side and not to mention the rest of the hunting party it should be fairly easy. Her tail twitched, ears settling back in concentration. Ivy was scanning through the other deer- assessing which would be easiest to take down, how to drive the others from the buck. Her mind began to calculate the statistics of success of not only taking down the buck but also maybe taking down a deer that was slower than the rest. Variables were always present but easy to overcome.

She began to shift her weight from one side to another; head tilted to the side. It had been a while since she had hunted with others, the etiquette was rusty but she was sure she could handle it. She rolled her joints and stretched out her muscles as she eyed the herd ahead of them.
