Bialy had been taking to the saddle well recently. Io suspected it was down to the fact that he had been broken before, but ill treatment and lack of conditioning had spoiled him. The morning was only in it's infancy, but the sun was up high and shining relatively warm light upon the half built gyrus where Io stood. The wooden planks had been arranged in a circle, marked by a dirt ring. While stuck in her secui form, Io was far from useless. With a lunge rope linked to a beam in the centre (secured into the ground) and standing in the centre of half constructed gyrus, Bialy circled her patiently. The hybrid avoided the moving rope easily, before moving behind the stallion and setting his pace. She was not in anyway worried about the horse injuring her, her dominance was secured in the mind of every horse and she'd nipped the ones who argued. Typical collie.
Stopping, she moved over to the rope again, putting a paw on the rope to signal the Andulusian to stop. She muttered, 'Halt' and the dapple slowed to a walk and then stopped, moving inwards to graze on the grass. Once the main body of the gyrus was constructed, Io would have the sheep cut the grass then she'd cover the arena to kill the rest of the grass. Of course then the only thing she'd need to do was collect sand from the beach and transport it to the ring. Simple. But fr now, the woman was taking a well deserved rest.
