And so it was true that Sepirah was one to look forward; up were the dreamers, down were the subordinates, and ahead were those who would climb up in the
world, on another plane of existence all together. But now she looked up at the sky, for only a little bit at least, to see what it was like, to know how to
dream and to discover. It was a feeling of smallness; looking forward gave one presence, important, and looking up or down minimized that presence greatly.
She happily took Max's invitation to sit beside him with ease, setting herself down on the plush green grass. Her snake wrapped itself around her arm,
winding down until it rested on the grass as well, only the tip of its tail resting on her arm once more. She unfolded herself so she was lying down, next
to Max, staring up at the sky. There were more of the falling stars now, at least two in the sky, travelling down to the bottom of the earth.
"How are you tonight?" she asked, turning the attention from the stars in the sky to the white, almost glistening male next to her. She did not
know much about him, she admitted; she had seen him around, and knew who he was, but she did not know him. That was true of many Infernians,
she realized.
