He knew why she was pushing him about it, but he knew it was best that she didn't know. He watched as she turned, her hair put up and gloves on her hand, a tongue depressor in one, and he rose an eyebrow but of course couldn't say anything. He wrote again under the other words; "No one will find me, I am far from them. I can't. Better you do not know."
He looked at her as she told him to say ah... yeah that would work to well, though his vocals still worked and he could make sounds, they were just strained now. He then opened his mouth and made a guttural "ooooooo" sound, he figured she'd have guessed by now... because what other reason than a big gaping hole in his throat would he have not to talk?
