She nodded her head, eyes gleaming with the thought of the goat she was going to be able to eat. Big, fat, and beautiful. Just the way she liked it. Well, beauty was a rather relative term. For her beautiful was anything that smelled good and stood still long enough for her to sink her teeth into it. The whines of the pups continued as he left, Terra working on calming them down to the best of her ability. By the time they quieted they were all tired. Terra curled around her pups, tenderly licking each one before she closed her eyes and fell asleep.
She woke up to the smell of delicious meat, blood dripping in the air. Lifting her head Terra wagged her tail in excitement, whining as he lowered it down. Carefully Terra stood, and stepped partly out of the den to where the goat was laying. As soon as she got close enough Terra grabbed a giant bite out of it and dragged the carcass back. In the den again she settled down, and happily began to tuck into the meal, swallowing down large chunks with great exuberance. Her tail swayed against the wall the entire time, enjoying every bite that was washed down.
