Adonia stopped, her eyes sliding slowly from one male to the next. Her gaze was dull, seeing without seeing. His amber eyes remained fixed on her, patiently waiting for her to tell her what was wrong. He didn't like seeing his pack hurt. So many of them were injured and struggling, and now Adonia was added to the list of those that were struggling with their place. The submission was swift to see, bowing down and nervously scraping, almost asking for forgiveness for the sorry state she was in. A low growl threatened to break from Tharin, hastily checking it back. He didn't need to look over to see that Jiva had changed, submissive compared to how he was.
The large wolf moved, blocking Adonia's movements and standing firmly before her, this time the growl inside slipping free. She was practically glued to the ground when the truth finally came out. What? He left you? What a blasted omega! He was ready to hunt him down and kill Ookami for hurting her so much. Jiva's response was much more mild in comparison, offering food and sympathy. Tharin kept himself from pacing, staying where he was. Where is he? I'm sure sense can be talked into him.
