-snort- shi's going to have some kind of emotional whiplash from all this news! haha

Saul Lupus is by Alaine!

Just talking to his sister felt like such a relief. He'd known that she was safe and in the Solbjorg- Miskunn had made sure to mention that all his siblings were well. Of course, Miskunn had 'forgotten' to mention that the last time she'd seen Gideon had been when his brother had launched himself into the proverbial snakes nest to rescue Wretch. Upon asking his aunt about withholding that piece of information, Miskunn had simply smirked at him and told him that she hadn't wanted to worry him. As it was, Gideon and Wretch had both come out injured once more. Knowing that Shiloh was here, sound of mind, uninjured and surprisingly grown up was a weight off Saul's shoulders that he hadn't known he'd been carrying. Green eyes looked upon his sister with the same devoted familial love and protection he'd gazed upon her when they'd been small, his feelings hadn't changed there. Her question caused a soft snort to echo from him, before her prompting caused him to nod his head.

Niernan and Bran found me not long before we move to the Lakes... Lilin, Temeraire and I came across from Hilsburn and we were joined by Ezra and his son Elias. We found Miskunn not long after choosing a site for a pack, and then Lilin's sister Colibri agreed to join us shortly before we settled as Vinátta. He offered, his tail flashing back and forth at the thoughts of their small community, all still here. Gideon and Wretch turned up a few weeks ago, joined us and then left again quite abruptly. The male couldn't help the disappointment in his words at this. Of course, it was now time to deliver his second piece of news. Unfortunately, Saul didn't know his sister well enough to notice the shift in her demeanour, the polite mask that slipped over her face. He sensed a tensing however, a short silence before her words.

Her gentle teasing was received with a nervous chuckle, an unconscious tug at the root of his hair. He was glad she'd offered some form of congratulations before said ribbing, but he could perhaps sense the turmoil deep within. The stutter of her words, despite how small and insignificant, revealed the depth of the stumble he'd made, but she had to know and Saul was proud of Lilin, of what they'd achieved. She is special, really special. He spoke in a murmur, his tone of voice reverent for a moment. And then Shiloh's seeking affirmation that she would be an aunt caused the softest of grimaces from his lips, before he took a deep breath and looked up. You're already an Aunt Shiloh... and I'm already a father. My son, Temeraire... He's not Lilin's. He spoke softly, knowing that this part was a little bit difficult. How was he going to explain to his sister about his accident? He was pleased to hear her desire to meet Lilin, but knew her excitement might wane when she learnt that not only did he had an incestuous mateship, but a bastard son as well.
