It was a very intimate situation being tied to another, and Zalen's affection was making her more and more willing to be at his side in this. Their tie eased and he still was affectionate to her, coming to her side and licking at her, his whimpers and whines soft and it was like he was cooing at her. Her ears perked and for some odd reason this boosted her confidence. Her tail raised , but not any higher than half massed. It wagged, ears going half back and she smiled licking at him back. His muzzle, cheek, and neck didn't escape her assault. She was excited by him. She remained with him as long as he allowed her to be there. Adonia didn't want to withhold him from his duties, but she would be willing to stay with him to help him if she allowed her to.
Adonia would be lying if she said she didn't want to remain at his side. However, she knew it would be entirely impossible. He had things he needed to do and she wouldn't want to get in his way. The moment she began to feel insecure and nervous again she'd part from his side and go do her own thing. Fishing, playing, and basking in the sun until her heat got to her again and she went in search for him, or any attention. It was an unfortunate reality, but sometimes her instinctual need blinded her desires...
