He was quite unsure at first, but Adonia gave him a soft whimper to coax him. Adonia wasn't completely knowledgeable on the old ways of life that New Dawn went by. She understood submissive and dominant cues, but she didn't know that the alpha had 'claim' over her, she didn't know she wasn't free to allow others close to her during her cycle. Yes the alpha had mated with her already, but she had removed that scent from her when she went fishing leaving only the faint hint. Her nip though seemed to get Tharin to pay more open attention to her. This got her tail wagging, a soft excited bark came from her and she gave a small challenging glimmer from her eyes before she took off away from him seeing if he'd pursue her. He had came at her which was what gave her more jump in her movement. Adonia ran up along the shore line, heading up stream, her lithe form giving her all the speed a husky and wolf could ever muster.
Adonia glanced back to see where he was, if he didn't follow, she'd leave it at that. It would hurt a little but she would be forgiving. She'd just feel foolish for liking Tharin in such a manner, foolish in thinking he wanted her.
