(--) Dated to the 7th so I don't confuse myself! ouo On the coast of Shiloh Hills. Oh, oh! And the title is "Sunset/Sundown" in Russian. :3c

The forest was still and quiet. Aside from the crickets chirping and the soft wind slicing through the tall trees, no noise was stirring. It was a peaceful afternoon, the sun beginning to set on the horizon, and no clouds hung in the pink sky.

However, the silence was short lived as a loud whinny shattered through it, followed by the sound of thunderous galloping, and soon after a brown-spotted horse burst through the woods, his rider chuckling all the while. Vladislava was testing Dmitrii's speed, and although it took quite a bit of coercing before the Clydesdale broke into a full-fledged run, he was indeed faster than she had been expecting. "Быстрее!" the Russian urged, snapping at his reigns again. Though she doubted he could go quicker than this, it was worth a try. After all, if she pushed Dmitrii to his limit, it would eventually help him learn that speed was key.

The European soon saw the beach near the end of the thick forest, and decided to call it quits there. She pulled at his ropes as they exited the woods, coming into the bay, and Dmitrii obediently slowed into a trot. Vlad steered him toward the water, and stopped him completely when his legs were in the ocean, his hooves under the water by just a few inches. The horse snorted and neighed, still excited from the workout he just received, and swished his head around as if to release his pent-up energy.

The Kalashnikov heir merely smiled at him, her pink-padded paws resting on his neck. "That was good," she whispered in his ear, praising him for his work, "That was excellent. Great run, Dmitrii." She patted his neck again before turning her green eyes to the sea, sighing at the beautiful scene before her. Though the sun was on the other side of the sky, its rays still radiated onto the ocean, and the light danced across the water brilliantly. The salty air and crashing of the waves began to sooth her as she relaxed her muscles. It had been a good day for the wolfess and her new companion, though the thought of Amy Sunders still lay fresh in her mind. The dark girl decided she would head down to see Aro for Sunders' pay sometime soon, but for now, she would remain near the sea. The breeze from the ocean ran through her mane and fur, filling her with a satisfied emotion, as she continued to stare out at the water, her mind fading to a blank.
