OOC: Shawchert is speaking wolf low speech due to his lack of a tongue

others are welcome to panic about the fire... err i mean join!The warmth of the fire meant a good deal to him as he felt its flames licke up towards the sky trying to reach the lowest branch, a feet that the fire could not do without extra fuel. His mind was on his daughter and how she was confused, she didn’t even know her name and it made him worried she didn’t know how to hunt either. She lost her memory, something Shawchert never expected to see especially the incomprehension on her face when she first saw him. She was defensive towards him... HIM! He sighed and that was when he felt the rub along his side. He looked to see Sky had greeted him. He would have to get use to this again and smiled as she sat next to him.
The voice that came from behind Shawchert turned to see a young man in near panic and Shawchert gave him a warm smile; “Do not worry friend. It is under control.” Shawchert said, then turned back to Sky
His smile faded and he looked back in the fire taking a stick and breaking it, letting the silence come for a short while; “Yes.” His voice was flat but not angry in any way, it was more sad than anything. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath letting the fire smoke fill his nostrils; “She lost memory, it’s gone. She did not know me.” He said, his voice going gruff to catch any emotion that wanted to crawl up his throat. The look on her face made him want to go right back out again; “Tried to bring her here. She ran, could not catch her.” He said and threw the rest of the stick in even though he could easily have broken it into many smaller pieces and then curled his good knee up and rested his arms and head on it. Staring closely at the fire not wanting to see the look on Sky’s face. It was hard enough to see his own daughter’s face much less the woman he once loved. He did make sure to say the words loud for the other to hear, in hopes he wasn't in too much of a panic. Shawchert did not want to repeat himself
