Salsola as a group always had some specific feel for the other packs in the area, but Itachi did not mainstream. He was an individual, and though of this pack, he didn’t represent it in all manners. Some would disagree with such a philosophy though. As her pleasantness exploded into white toothed defiance, he realized that he had been judged regardless of character. Her change was instant, while he didn’t at all. In the eye of the storm, he was the calm.
Disconnected as he too often had found himself to be, he knew not of his crime. Ears leaned against soft spun cold, and half lidded eyes of purple and red wandered down to her pale front paws. ”Did I do something to offend?” quiet tones wondered, as he politely took a step in the opposite direction of the scented borders, showing her his good grace.
This seemed all very unfortunate, for the encounter had seemed so promising a mere moment ago. He hadn’t been aware of the fact that he was a fiend in her eyes until her words rumbled. In most cases, becoming an antagonist required committing a crime, and Itachi honestly couldn’t recall any recent ill deeds he was guilty of.
