A slight frown creased Itzal's eyebrows as she drew her short sword. Itzal knew that when it came to knives and daggers, his superior height and reach gave him an advantage. But when you added in the length of the short sword to her own arm, Itzal's advantage was taken away. He would either have to be very careful, or circle around her to the weapons rack and draw a different weapon. But Itzal did let a smile touch his face as he noticed her cut strap. At least he had mad some damage. Itzal took the time to let his eyes roam over her, much like hers were doing to him. Itzal planned on taking that shirt off of her soon, then the shorts would follow. And then he would be able to see as much of her as he wanted.
Itzal flashed a grin at Amy as she winked at him. She knew that the short sword eliminated his reach advantage and if anything, left him at a disadvantage. The Sultan knives weren't meant for reaching, they were meant to go around a fighters hand and be incorporated into a up close fight where fist and knives would be used. Itzal took a step forward, putting himself just within reach of her sword. He had to make her circle around in order to a new weapon or he knew the fight would quickly shift in her favor. And Itzal did not intend on losing.
