PP'ing that she's already spoken with Claudius and Io about how to prepare themselves, PM me you guys, if it isn't okay? <3
Ulilohi is kind of useless, so she calls for Simcha to come help them board it all up!
Anyone posting are free to pp that Simcha arrives.

Ulilohi had been pacing a little, conflicted. The Town Hall groaned under the winds, which continued to pick up. Not so heavily that she was worried about structural damage for the moment. It was more the darkness on the horizon that troubled her. Atisia had nodded gravely when she had spoken to him earlier, expressing her concern; the weather did not look as if it was getting any better. Never before had she experienced such a fierce wind without being able to see its exit sometime in the future. She had already spoken with Claudius and Io, and was reassured that they had some kind of a plan for the tribe. Her conflict was focused on this building, however. If the winds were this strong and had no end... they needed to secure it, and well. Winds had already torn down items from the shelves around the walls, and her own mane swirled in the air as she stood near one of the windows, thinking.

The sheer howl of everything around the Town Hall nearly drowned the voice that shouted for her outside, but Atisia reacted, and then so did Ulilohi, realizing that the sound had not been imagined. Exiting, she found Saqui outside. She shouted in response, clutching her braided mane to keep it out of her own face. It felt like just seconds passed before she had just taken a dip in the river, so hard did the droplets fall. The Town Hall groaned loudly once again, and Ulilohi gasped and watched as the winds seemed to take hold of the roof for a moment, threatening to lift it. Open windows would not serve it well, and what if the winds increased? She feared they might. "We need to board the openings!" She shouted at Saqui over the rains. Problem was, Ulilohi had no idea how to do this effectively. Who knew when this would get worse? Taking a deep breath, she put her stomach into it and howled for their most trusted craftsman outside Claudius, praying that he'd hear it. She turned to Saqui again, speaking as loudly as she could and waving at her to follow the cuoncilwoman. "We'll wait for him inside." The Town Hall had always had open windows, but it was still less windy in there than out here. And less wet.
