The quiet call of her familiar name drew her back to her senses. What was she doing? Running around like some idiot in a hurricane! The sight of her brother was oh so releving, until the slightly larger canine barreled into her side. "Helios!" cried Mayflower with relief, ears flopping wildly in the fierce gales of wind, barely able to make out his face as the wind bashed against her down-turned face. Scrambling to her paws, Mayflower was barely able to make out his next words.

"I know!" she called against the gales of wind lashing against the bowing trees of the forest. She expected him to be more calm and collected, though the trembling of his body she'd felt just moments ago told her otherwise. "We might be able to hide underneath a tree that's fallen over, otherwise there isn't really any other shelter!" she shouted, fur lashing against her thin skin. Looking around was hard, as winds still lashed against her face, blurring her vision so she couldn't really see much. A creaking tree tumbled forwards, bashing against others before the battered tip landed on the ground.

Thinking, but just for a moment, Mayflower lurched forwards in the direction where the giant had fallen. "Come on Helios!" she demanded, squeezing underneath the trunk, pointed limbs dragging at her thick pelt.
