[html]Not sure what form Dart's in, so I'm being vague. Mephisto is in optime form here. :3

The storm had been coming for some time, even though it's approach had been silent enough. Mephisto was not overly familiar with such wild storms, though he had been through them before. Coastal towns, cities, settlements, whichever they were they occasionally from themselves under attack from the most untamed beast there was — the weather. And there it was, nearing the height of just one piece of the storm that he found himself out in the elements. Perhaps risking it all, but he found no fear deep in his bones amid blinding rain and sharp wind.

The deafening turn and shake of the overhead trees did little to sway him to steer clear of the forests as he made his way through them towards the mansion. He had been nearing the outskirts of Inferni when the weather had first turned nasty, but had not expected it to be so intense. It had seem slow coming at first, leaving him to dawdle here and there, but when it had decided to unleash fury, it had certainly came about without fanfare. Soaked to the bone, he felt partially weighed down by the accumulating water in his pale coat. There would be no amount of shaking it out of his coat there that could have made him feel lighter.

Distantly, he thought he had heard a whiny from a horse gone astray, but didn't have the resources to investigate it. In this weather, it would not have surprised him if all sorts of animals were running amok, trying to find some way out of the storm. Whether or not they belonged to Inferni, well, he had no way of knowing. The second sound though was much closer, and much more canine; that he could investigate. Clamoring over a fallen wad of branches, he barely recognized what he was coming upon in the downpour. The caverns, the riddled structures that made up many homes belonging to Inferni. And among them, he found someone sprawled along the ground.

There was no hesitation in the way the pale Lykoi stepped towards the fellow, but he extended his hand to help him either up or along. “You okay?” he spoke loudly over the wind, trying to discern if there really was anything wrong. At best, they were both soaking wet and unharmed.
