Freedom was difficult to adjust to. Especially with the end of the storm meaning that there was damage everywhere. It had freaked him out a bit, and he'd ended up slipping outside of the pack to get away from all of it. It wasn't like he had any deep attachment to the pack anyways. His loyalty was strictly to Aro. He was lucky that his master hadn't been injured at all by the storm. Raoth still felt that he needed to get out and actually stretch. Staying in the courthouse for the past week had driven him up the wall. There were so many canines, and animals, and he'd had to behave and not hit anyone.
Sighing he found himself a spot that had particularly thick trees. A couple branches had been torn down, but otherwise there was little damage. Settling down Raoth rested, glad for the silence. It was better than the thunderous noise of the storm, and the relentless banging as the pack had started to repair things. Raoth was glad for the chance to escape from all of that, and just rest in the silence that came after a storm, before things returned to their usual furious pace. He couldn't be gone too long. He still felt the need to report to Aro.
