The pack will be here for you. The entire pack carried the pain of losing the pups. Perhaps not as keenly as the parents did, but Tharin definitely felt the loss. They were so young and beautiful, and they had been taken so cruelly away. They had been the pack's future, and now it was gone. He could offer his support, but that was all he could do, and look forwards to the day when new life again had the chance to enter the pack.
Jiva's grin made it perfectly clear that the thought of the serious wolf rolling in the mud was a humorous one. Tharin grinned back, tail swaying brightly. He would do a lot of things for Saki, even if he did end up dodging the bath afterwards. No, nothing wrong with it. Just a nuisance when you start getting nagged to wash up afterwards. He didn't want to do it, and would avoid it. The sounds of the fox starting to dive forwards caught his attention, again turning his head to try and stare at it.
Family comes first.
