Arrival
#6
Tharin listened as Adrian explained that he had come from a pack in the south, one he hadn't heard of before. It must be a rather...lupercized one, from what he could see before him. Probably meant that the horses they had brought were once again not ones that he could eat. He looked over the group, doubting that they had all come to trade. Some of them were definitely warriors by the way they held themselves. He could see that in the strong female that had come to support Adrian. He must be the leader of the group.

Trade? Had this happened before? Tharin thought about it, eyes lighting up as he remembered the storyteller. It had been enjoyable having that one come and visit. This group was larger, so it made Tharin more wary about accepting them. Again he measured the members. Some of them seemed harmless. He nodded his head at the promise, relieved slightly. The leader could be held accountable. If not, they'd just rip them to shreds, proof that New Dawn wasn't a pack to muck with.

A low growl slipped from him at Sky's words. The female was struggling with showing respect, and Tharin knew it. That didn't extend to making the guests unwelcome. We didn't have anything to lose from the storm. We don't have items for two leggers in this pack beyond what our medics carry. Pausing he looked over the members, and straightened up. However, your presence would be welcome. We could hunt for your group in exchange for tales you could provide. He hoped they had good tales to share.
