The storm had caused quite a ruckus in his pack, and he felt like he needed to get away for a little while. He let his paws take them wherever they wanted to go. They wandered every which way, finally taking him to a stop. He was in the middle of a small clearing, it was kind of cold outside, but that didn't matter. Ookami's fur was thick enough that it wouldn't really bother him.
He walked to the center, sitting down and laying onto his back. It was an odd day, so far he had not felt that need to cut into his skin, and he wanted to rejoice it, but he didn't know how. He kind of missed it actually.. He was so confused with himself, he was having all these mixed feelings and emotions and he didn't know if he wanted to get mad or get sad.
A light drizzle came down, and he closed his eyes, liking the way the tiny, cold drops felt like little stings all over his body. He let out a deep sigh, finally feeling relaxed for the first time in a long time. But then, with the relaxing, came the sadness. It had overcome his anger quite a bit lately, crying was something he did frequently and he hated it. Ookami hated crying. It made him feel weak, but he couldn't help it. Slow, salty tears rolled from his closed eyes, even though he shut them tight, as if trying to lock them in.
