to halt your wanderings

Terra knew she shouldn't be there. She'd been attacked there before. That was the fun of it. Knowing she was forbidden, and doing her best to escape detection. Cheerfully she trotted over the border, taking her time to pick a spot where the scent was thin enough to make it look like it was an accident that she passed over the border. The problem was that wiping out her scent wasn't possible. She ha clues on how to do it from following the pack members, and knew that they didn't have a scent outside the pack. It was fascinating, but she hadn't figured out how.

She meandered back and forth over the lands, wondering how far she could get before someone would pick up where she was. As careless as she was it wasn't long before she came across someone. Terra froze dead still at the sight of a grey female leaning down and picking flowers. The flowers meant nothing to her, but the wolf sure did. As quietly as she could Terra began to walk backwards, hoping to slip off before the wolf realized that she was there. She did look fair involved in what she was doing. Terra had a chance.
