Roaming Anathema’s territory under the starlit night wasn’t exactly a frequent hobby of his. At this point he’d rather be outside than in his den trying to sleep. He just couldn’t, nightmares continued to haunt him. Why did he feel this way? Axelle didn’t even get hurt, or at least not as badly as him. He got the archer in time, she was alive and well. But in his subconscious she died, every single time; this was messing with him bad enough that he didn’t feel like himself, his determination and drive were lacking.

The huskadore found himself making his way through the woods away from the caverns. Coming into a small clearing he looked up to the large structure. The temple of Helios, he never came here. Who could lie though, for whatever reason he felt drawn to it like he needed to be there. Rarely did the male act on gut feelings like this, but why not be different every once in a while. The closer the Rakeeb moved to the temple he could hear the distinctive nickering of a horse. The smell in the air was the first giveaway to who was near. Mido stopped far enough away from the equine so he wouldn’t spook it. Panda’s scent in particular to the mutt was unique next to no one else. Looking past the elegant creature he searched for her. He’d forgotten that the two of them moved out of the caves and into the temple. Once his eyes finally adjust to his minimum threshold of light he could see them hanging together in the hammock.

Hello Panda. He called out. This was their home now, and courtesy would be to not barge in on them unless he was otherwise welcomed, Rakeeb or not. How are you two? As he didn’t often see them he figured he’d ask, he was able to put aside his troubled mental state to be chummy with a couple of friends.
