Firefly Sadira had caught the look that Haku had sent her way, but she merely lifted her chin and stared off in the distance. She would let him think that she would be on the borders for his amusement and yet she had other plans. She knew that scouting didn't limit her to the packlands and she planned to make herself scarce from time to time to find out just what the other packs held and how strong they were. Though Dahlia de Mai was not a large pack she knew that they were strong, if everyone could get over their own personal little problems. At the thought her eyes turned towards the musician of the pack, the ivory woman who seemed to dislike her so. She flicked her mane back over her shoulders as she gave up on Haku's sibling, she was after all in her own little world as she was absorbed in the music.
Watching the others of the pak as they began to move around and take new seats and after Cercelee had taken the traditional first take of the kill Firefly herself rose from the warmth of where she'd been nesting. Making a point of ignoring Haku, for she knew it would torment him even more knowing that he had to stay and she could do as she wished. She'd picked up the thigh off of one of the rabbits and walked over to where Cercelee had taken her spot in the celebration. Firefly would watch over the packlands while the rest of the pack feasted and in doing so she knew she would drive the Lilium to the brink and leave him with nothing but his thoughts.
Dropping the haunch for a moment she lowered her head as she murmured. "I'll take first patrol Cercelee.." informing the woman of her intentions and where she could be found. Though it was a day for celebrations there were still shadows in the darkness and dangers outside their lands. She doubted that they were in any real danger but atleast she would have a good excuse for her early leave of the meeting.
