Running water isn’t easy to come by, so I don’t waste much on my clothing. Besides, it would freeze solid. You shouldn’t have to worry too much about keeping the cloak clean." She spread out the fabric between her fingers, picturing the finished product. She studied Ember’s frame once more, just to make sure she would get the sizing right.



"Hmm, a week should be plenty of time, but don’t worry if you can’t stop by until later. I’m rarely busy. If you drop by the borders, I’m bound to run into you." She offered a smile. The thought of a new project to keep her occupied really warmed her spirits, especially since she knew DaVinci would have his hands full with his children.
