His named sounded and echoed over and over in his mind. It wasn’t the voice he expected it to be. No; Hybrid hadn’t followed him here. He was alone. Again. But then suddenly there were the swishing of footsteps in the light snow fall and arms were wrapped around his frame. The touch wasn’t like anything he had felt in the last two months. It seemed almost foreign to him – this sort of affection. Though his gaze had been lost out over the freezing lake, he buried his face into his arms and knees. He didn’t want to believe this was happening. Savina had found him. He knew by her voice when she spoke his name again. "I’m fine," he spoke, though he knew that wasn’t what she had asked him. His voice seemed alien to him and that thought scared him.
