The dazzling Acer knew how to make his blood boil in more ways than only one. They were two different poles that created thunder and lighting when they struck together, but the passion and lust between them seemed to refuse to let them wander too far away before coming back for another storm. Firefly could curse and boil as much as she wanted, but she would come back. Haku obeyed that same rule, even though he was the worst half of the couple. It seemed he was unable to keep him hands off pretty things, and somehow Firefly seemed to figure it out way too soon, and it resulted in a gloomy atmosphere around her lately. She had not properly lashed out on him as of yet, just made sure he knew that she knew, and that she was not happy. The thought had passed him, that maybe she too had someone else since he had cheated at least once (as she knew of mwahaha) on her after they had made the mateship official. If a suspicion ever rose, he would make sure there was no male to do it a second time, and she would be too weak to leave the lands for weeks.
Firefly hissed back at him, and caused his fangs to reveal themselves behind light lips. He avoided the information the meaning of her words brought with them by letting the short time memory fill up with thoughts about the foolish youth. He knew the message Firefly attempted to reveal to him without speaking the precise words, but he did not want to know. It would make this life even more miserable if Firefly (his mate!) was to give birth to a litter. Random mature sessions with strangers and other females had proved to be less complicated in every way. He had turned Deuce and her unborn litter away, and while she was chained down with a filthy bunch of kids, Haku was still free. Well, he suffered a bit as well, as just knowing that he had more children was a depressing thought. With Firefly he would be unable to escape, unless he left everyone and everything, and he was actually kind of comfortable with certain things now, if just Cercelee could have gotten her head down from the clouds, things would have been great.
He simply watched as the child snapped out at Firefly (it brought a faint smile to his lips as it happened, but it was removed before any of the two had time to notice) but Firefly could be quite poisonous herself, and snapped back with ease. The child should really cool down, as he very well knew that Firefly was able to rip out throats without much reason or guilt. Just like him. A sparkle of warmth touched his chest while thinking of her darker sides. How they had managed to hide their dirty deeds from Cercelee was quite extraordinaire, but they were bloody good at what they did. Firefly turned around and gave him that adorable smile of hers, but it was not returned. He watched her drive closer and her words tickled in his cocoa ear. He resisted the shiver when she let her body touch him lightly. She knew how to tease him, he would give her that. Bitch.
However, Firefly’s second whisper was not met with silence. Haku turned his face abruptly and snapped irritated at her.Shut up, Firefly. He then turned to the girl. You, this wolfess gave you a meal that probably saved your life, and you don’t even have the courtesy to thank her for her meaningless kindness. You are in a pack territory and you act like an ignorant retard that wants to die. As a matter of fact I am a leader of this pack. If actually you do wish to die rather than live, then say so and I will fucking rip your throat out for you after I have had some fun with you. Do not try to act smart and cocky with us, because it will cause you nothing but suffering and death. He decreased the distance between the youth and himself, and spat down at her. No more fooling around from either of those wrenched females and let a snarl hit the child in the face. One could not really say Haku was good with children... He wanted to get this over and done with and return to the cabin, and hopefully without Firefly. She could stay outside in the cold and burn some calories. |
