Zana studied her paws and then the larger paws of Gabriel while she waited to see if he would send her back to the monster or if she'd be allowed to stay. The few moments of silence seemed to go on and on until Gabriel spoke up. The small Lykoi girl's shoulders fell for a second, her mind imagining him sending her home and yet the words that he spoke were not what she'd expected.
Her lavender eyes widened as she looked back up to the male as she squeaked and stumbled over her words. "I gets to stay?" she asked before shyly lowered her eyes again and asking. "I stays with yous and Zweke?" He'd spoken of another that stayed with them but she hadn't met the character yet and was unsure of what she thought of this mysterious other child who would be part of her new life but it looked like she had plenty of time to find out all about this new world as she tried to find her father.
