Anu turned back to him, meeting the face he lacked. In her mind it was becoming a face she was happy to look at. Nonjudgmental, it was just merely there. Yeah. She answered simply. She was worse then she had been hours ago, but she was certain she could have felt worse. To tired to truly feel anything Anu gave him a single nod, I’m not going home.
Gathering herself back in her crossed arms she turned and walked. The direction didn’t truly matter, all she knew was that her nose didn’t point towards Crimson Dreams. Maybe she would end up in the shelter of a cave, or among the limbs of a cradling tree. Or perhaps she would find herself by the ocean, nestled beside its rhythmic tides and among its soft sands.
