oh snap! :o

It was all too easy to recognize what was going on inside of Alexey because it had happened to her on many occasions. Whenever she had been forced to deal with Serge, the wolf who had sired her, a white-hot flame of hatred and pain had burned inside of her. The bastard had convinced Amata that he loved her and then as soon as she was pregnant dumped her and the litter he had helped create like a bad habit. Sometimes she thought it would have been better for all of them if her mother had left that pack. Maybe she thought once they were born Serge would come around. But he hadn't. He had just treated them like any other member of the pack.

While she understood what her friend was going through and would make no move to stop her, she couldn't help but feel a little concerned. But there was nothing she would feel right doing. Adelaida deserved whatever was coming for her. The prejudiced female had no one to blame but herself and her selfish thoughts. Savina looked back into Alexey's eyes and nodded her head. "I understand." There really was nothing else to say or do.
