indentThe raven woman had once known the ways of a harsh pack, one that was only ruled by power and force. There was hardly ever a moment that she'd been allowed to stand, even slightly, before she was forced the ground to grovel once more. Those packs had destroyed themselves from the inside out, leaving nothing more than brutish members that suddenly had no where to go. Phasma, though, had come through with enough luck to find her way to Bleeding Souls, where she'd been living her life now for more than two year. Sadly, there was no doubt in her mind that if anyone from her first pack came to this place and acted the way they did, that none of the packs here would accept them.

indentHis words brought thought and consideration, leaving the onyx lady silent for a few moments. "I wouldn't ask an injured pack member to do anything strenuous so, for the time being, do you suppose you might be able to keep the fire in the pack den going?" Her head cocked to the side just slightly, watching him a moment before she decided that she might need to explain a bit more. "There is a system of caverns in the side of the mountain, one that we've claimed for our pack den. There are rooms large enough for families and rooms small enough for anyone who'd like to live alone but, in the main portion, we keep a fire going for everyone and since winter is here it could be a battle keeping it going."

indentHe would come to learn the ways of the Shadowed Pack. They were equal, certainly, but when it came down to business the members of the pack knew who they needed to listen to and follow command from. "So then, Orca, welcome to Jaded Shadows." She smiled once more, soft and faint, before speaking once again. "Fatin and Tayui are the two Alpha Females here, if you happen to come across either." She wondered, at that moment, if he might find it odd that two females were leading the pack at the Alpha rank.
