Valkyrie just offered a toothy grin in response, as Ryan hesitated and waited to see if the woman would reveal her purpose. No, not woman.. Adelaida. She had shared her name, so now Ryan would make a mental note of it, and use it. She couldn’t help but chuckle softly at Adelaida’s question, but she nodded anyhow, saying "I’ve been alright." It had been many months since their last encounter, but Ryan remembered it well.

However, that wasn’t to say she wouldn’t enjoy talking to the wolf if she wanted, but her daughter came first.
