While the two coloured male had his body all tensed up, Haku was as relaxed as if he was talking to a friendly Dahlia de Mai. Though, he felt a slight hint of irritation when the husky did not immediately back away after he even was so nice to explain why this now was his deer. There could be some good options to put out in actions though, but truth be told, the tawny brute was not really in any mood to give an effort into solving this situation nicely. There were chances it would not be possble this to end peacefully anyway, because of the fact that there were canines out there that could be as stubborn as him. Even though it would have been easier to simply back off and allow the stranger to reclaim the meat and get out of there without distraction, Haku was a mean and stubborn one, and no one was allowed to try to fuck around with him in his own packland. Oh, no, sir!
Between the man's rude growls came some even worse words, and the Lilium lowered his lips while he tilted his head slowly and just stared at the other man, as if he did not understand what exactly the trespasser had said. He did though, and it amused him greatly, although his face remained a cold mask with slightly colder gaze. Seemed even the huskies and hybrids had a nasty opinion about the coyotes. No doubt these words had been foolishly designed in an attempt to greatly insult the Lilium. Coyotes were no worse than wolves by nature (Haku's belief), but few seemed to know that. Inferni made them blind to other types of canines, but that was not Haku's problem, really.
"With all due respect, you're the thief here." The male hesitated a moment while he took a step backwards from the deer, seemingly thinking of withdrawing from the deer, but it was not so easy. Well, if the black and white male was so intent on calling him a coyote, Haku decided he should act like one. He kicked off from the ground and raced towards the already close male, fangs first, then claws, then his whole body mass. All three things would be used to crush and destroy. |
