Skipping Caliber, she's had more than enough time.
Word Count: 551

His yellow eyes looked keenly at the female in the tree, and after a few moments of waiting to see whether anyone else arrived, the girl motioned with her hands that she would strike in not long. He then turned his attention to the crowd in front of him, what would be dinner. Gvihita soared from his shoulder, flying rapidly, powerfully a few rounds above the herd, mapping the situation. Clearly, from her, Dawali could see the image of a female - a cow - standing slightly on her own. Quickly, Dawali's eyes found her, thankful for Gvihita's help, and as an arrow suddenly flew forcefully from the treetop, aiming for a bull, his arm reached backwards, deftly picking out another feathered arrow and getting ready to fire again. His first arrow had just landed, glancing the rump of the cow, sending her panicking in the commotion. He had no need to look at the bow he was operating, instead his gaze followed her every movement, oblivious to what went on with any other member of the herd. Gvihita soared above, her shrieking reverberating between the walls of his skull. No sound from her was heard from the others, nor could they see her, but she was very active within the hunt anyways. Images of the cow's movements, seen from above, flashed through his brain - not taking his attention, but as small, mild messages to help him. Another arrow, whose tip had been following the movements of the cow, now flew from his hands as the cow broke out in a more easily predictable path, and this time it hit better - stuck in the front leg, quite high up. If he was lucky she'd be hindered slightly by the pain - and lucky he was. Now she halted for a second, confused at the sudden pain but lack of an enemy, and before she could start properly again - though with an injured leg - her neck was rammed by another arrow. This time the cow stopped again, although not as controlled, and soon she was down with the panic and pain, and useless leg. Starting forward, Dawali saw with in the corner of his eyes Catherine fully into the battle, with a knife in her hands. He only looked for a glance, however, and watched his step as he burst forward towards the fallen cow, avoiding every animal that might still be nearby. They could be dangerous when they panicked, and he had no intention of increasing the redness of his own furs with the color of blood. Soon he was by the cow, but she was panicking greatly, her legs thrashing this way and that, dangerous and powerful, even if she was weaker than normally. Dawali stood at a distance, and turned to look around, and as Caliber was nowhere to be seen, at least not from where he stood, he turned to see if Catherine could aid him. He found that she sat by a fallen elk (male or female, he didn't bother to check) and thus he called out to have her come help him. It wouldn't be pleasant to take on the thrashing cow alone, but two might be able to do it. Hey Catherine! Can you give me a hand with this one?
