Cercelee gave them her full attention while they spoke, but she did not look directly at them. Instead she stared off into space, mentally checking off boxes as they went through their own attributes and faults. They were already memorized, Cercelee had taken a long time considering each of them before putting them equal in rank. Firefly failed to note that her fiery spirit and impulsive behaviors could at times be a fault, and Mew and Cwmfen did not seem to realize their aloofness could at times be a positive trait. It all depend on where, when and how. They would figure it out though, they would have to. Working together would always be the easiest of tasks, but they would learn how to use each other’s skills to their highest potential.

Cercelee was satisfied though. They all knew what they had to. Hopefully they wouldn’t have to make much use of the council. It would be used in times of war, in deciding to banish a member if the decision was not clear cut, to decide what to do with the pack if there were a famine or fire or any other disaster. The last of their troubles as a pack probably weren’t over, but the longer Cer did not need to call for a meeting of the council, the better. Regarding them all once more, she nodded, as if to confirm they were done. “Any questions then?”
