Allegro smiled and nodded. Just three days ago, they weren't mates but only friends. The difference wasn't much, yet they had admitted more feelings to each other. That was big enough for Allegro. She didn't want to talk for too long; she either didn't want to do the transformation at all or do it quickly. But she wanted it to last with Pendzez. She was scared it would be painful and wouldn't treasure the fact that she was with a loved one.
"Yes, it's gone by so quickly," Allegro murmured softly, in such a soft tone that she could barely even hear herself. Her eyes were cloudy with worry, yet she wouldn't give into her temptations: she was strong and always tried to be brave and independant. Allegro was getting frustrated with herself. Most wolves would just go for it, while Allegro had to think everything through. She thought that it might make everything worse, since she was fretting so much. Allegro had to agree with the tiny voice in her head on this one; she was making it worse.
