they read you cinderella..

The giggle that assulted his ears seemed to lend more wound to his pride and dignity as he leaned against one of the small trees and raised a brow at the words the woman had uttered. "Yeah, your bad." he repeated as he ran a hand through his hair and shook the slush from his pelt. His life had been filled with so much chaos lately that he hadn't even had a chance to try and revisit Dahlia de Mai and his new role in life had kept him from being current on the packnews. He knew his sister had settled in quite well in the lands just as he'd performed his duties to his pack and in the end had rose to the rank of Savant.

The male noted the distance she kept as he granted her with a slight smirk. "You're lucky you don't belong in Phoenix Valley right about now you know.." He really hadn't developed any sort of idea on just how he was going to repay the woman, but he knew it would come to him sooner or later. If she had been from his own pack he could have thought of a million ways to punish her, or atleast get his own little thrills from the duties he'd find for her, but sadly she wasn't and he was stuck puttering through a normal conversation with the girl who's heart he'd unknowingly crushed because his own was too tied up to realize what stood before him.

He crossed his arms as she went on, the teasing just rolling off his pelt unlike the snowball had as he chuckled lightly. "I don't know, I haven't been beat yet, unless that was just the beginning.." he stated in a rather cocky manner as he sat there and waited, knowing the dare that burned in her eyes yet knowing that making her wait would be more of a suffering on her behalf, and an enjoyment on his. The male had aquired patience with the tending of children and a love lost and could wait til the end of days.. he doubted she could.
