get yourself together

Sankor leaned closer to his sister, hating the fact that she was in her luperci form and there was little he could really do to comfort her. A small whine broke from his throat as he reached a paw out and touched her thigh lightly. His voice was soft as he tried to convince her that there was still hope out there. "Their still alive, you've got to believe, for them." he smiled weakly at his sister, knowing that he probably should have just left her alone when he realized who it was in the graveyard. He would and could never do that though and she knew that.

He sighed softly as she told him to go away. His ears wilted back against his skull as he did just the opposite of what she wanted. Clearing the remaining space between them he nudged his head up under her arm, trying to get his face as close to hers as he could. He might not have the ability to shift like she had now but he was her brother and she would never just lose that or make it go away. "You know I can't do that Lexey.." he said with a soft whimper.

He was suppose to be the one to make all the monsters go away, the brave big brother.. and somehow in the time he'd taken to escape to the real world he'd somehow lost his little sister. She'd grown up into a young lady without him and it seemed that more and more both his siblings didn't need him as much as he thought they did.. or perhaps as much as he wished they would.
