Kol couldn't help but blink in amazement as Elliott strode toward her. Part of her grumbled in dissatisfaction at the fact that her wish had gone unheeded, but that part was quickly overshadowed by a hot blush beneath her fur as the male approached. Her violet eyes hid no hint of her surprise as the handsome wolf thrust his bouquet in her direction, and she tentatively reached out a hand to clasp her fingers around the stems. Her amethyst gaze flicked back and forth from the beautiful blossoms to the eyes of the offering male a few times before she was able to speak. "For me? But...why? Elliott, these are beautiful!" It wasn't an exaggeration either, and Kol couldn't wait to get the blooms home and sitting in the formerly empty vase on the windowseat of her little bedroom.

The Stormbringer smiled genuinely at the male as he spoke again, her heart doing little backflips as his orange gaze held her own. Remembering she was still knee-deep in the water and soaked to the bone, Kol slipped out of the stream and set the flowers ever so gently beside her various beads and hair ornaments. She let most of her body begin to drip dry, but her thick mane would take hours to do the same, considering its heft and texture. With Elliott standing close by, the Dahlian girl ran her fingers through the redblack hair, wringing out as much water as she possibly could. "It's really nice to see you too, Elliott. You know, you don't have to be a stranger. We're practically neighbors, and neither Alexey nor I would mind a visit from you every now and again..."

Beneath the veil of her dangling hair, Kol was glad that Elliott couldn't see the look in her eye as she finished her offer. What the hell had made her say that?? Her heart and tongue were moving far too fast for her mind to filter, and she mentally punched herself for stumbling so easily at a handsome face and a sweet gesture. She knew better, and yet despite that she was still being utterly stupid. Holding back the growl she wanted to direct at herself, Kol took a seat on the flat rock where her possessions lay, flipped her mane back into place and began braiding some of her jewelry back into it. Not wanting to seem rude nor desiring to end their encounter as of yet, she fumbled for something to say. "So uh...what brings you out here anyway?"
