Firefly suspected that there was another way out of the house but over the roar of the flames she couldn't tell when the woman was going to make her brake for it. None of the other packmembers had caught up with her yet from the small meeting so no one was there to guard one door while she was at the other. She watched as quickly the flames danced from the fabric to the wood of the building. She laughed at the whole situation as she could hear the pop of the wood beams as the fire began to roar to life. She smiled to herself as she stepped off the porch and sat back a distance to watch the place burn to the ground.

She caught out of the corner of her eye the form of the woman dashing through the woods towards the nearest edge of their territories. She snarled to herself but didn't get up to pursue. She figured that one of the leaders would make certain that the woman didn't return to the lands, but Firefly herself didn't see that happen. She knew she wouldn't want to return somewhere when one of your packmates tried to burn you alive. Then again, she wasn't technically a packmember anymore.
