She had no set destination, nowhere to go. With the loss of the chosen one, her life had lost its meaning. Lillith’s existence revolved around serving one specific purpose, and that was to fulfill the visionary’s wishes. How could she do that now that the key element was dead? Her life had been planned out from day one; it had never occurred to her that one day she would have to call the shots. She was the sole survivor of Azathoth, a defunct clan remembered by few. But those who remembered would never forget who they were, or what they’d done.

The last few days had been a blur. Something had to be done; believers had to be found. Loyalty was the core of all armies. Thus, in order to make a holy legion, she needed a few pawns. The Aquila was also part of the equation, seeing as he was a direct descendant from the wise woman. Gabriel de le Poer was no fool, she was well aware of that. There was no way he’d bow down to anyone, herself included. Getting his trust would require a lot of time and dedication. This was the reason why she never strayed far from coyote territory. Her presence there did not seem to bother him, so why not stick around?

Arachnea’s Revenge was on the itinerary today. She had no specific reason to be there, aside from gut feeling. There was something there for her to see, and she would soon find out just who it was. The smell of fresh blood hit her nostrils; it was strangely… intoxicating. This was just as precursor as to how good of a day this would turn out to be. As she threaded a little deeper into the woods, a lake seemingly materialized out of nowhere. While the water was quite impressive to look at, what caught her attention was the fully shifted luperci at the other end. His pelt was stained with the color of hemoglobin. What a beautiful thing he was.

As she neared, the madwoman recognized him instantly. He’d been a mere puppy at the time of their last encounter, but even at such a young age, he’d managed to leave a lasting impression on her. “My, my. how you’ve grown.” her voice called out, sounding almost devoid of emotion.
