Maybe, since the weather is rainy, they are in Koender Windmill?

The girl had been exploring the lands as she usually did, enjoying life and the little pleasures that filled her day. But today the sky was dark, and the bugs did not come out to play with her. Having wandered away from her family members, the little girl found herself in the middle of an open field, the tall grasses towering over her and obscuring her view. With a little squeak, the creamy girl jumped up, finding that there was a blue lake nearby. As her body landed upon the earth, lightning flashed and thunder cracked loudly through the air, clapping with a frightening ferocity. The little ears flattened against her head as her eyes grew round. For a moment, the girl was completely motionless, caught between that instinct to flee or fight. And then, suddenly she was running and the rain was falling. She whimpered softly as she tore down through the grass, choosing no place in particular but only wanting to get away.

She practically bumped into the large, stone mass that stood in her way. It loomed ominously over her, and she pulled back, her dual coloured eyes staring up at it. It was familiar, like the mansion—maybe she could get inside. And so she bounded away, running about the base of the building until she found an opening and squeezed in. It was dark inside, and musty and dusty, but it was dry and quiet. The sound of the rain grew dull and distant as a soft whimper escaped the girl. Slowly she looked around, walking slowly and shaking her fur as she went. Suddenly, she walked by something warm, and she stopped to explore, her curiosity never failing her.

"Zio Ehno!" The pup exclaimed excitedly, pouncing playfully upon the sleeping adult. She was so glad to find him. Affectionately the girl tugged on his ear, those sharp, puppy teeth chomping down upon the soft cartilage. Her little head shook from side to side with playful growls before she released it, pressing her face up against Ehno’s, her little black nose brushing up against his muzzle. The green and blue eyes glittered excitedly as the water dripped from her. Her excitement at having found this strange place and at having found her Uncle made her forget that she was afraid and that she was shivering. "Svegliarsi!" Thunder clapped outside again, so near that the entire windmill shook. With a yip of fear, the girl dove into her uncle, burrowing herself into the place between his chest and neck, her tail tucked between her legs as she shut her eyes against the terrifying sound.
