The howl floated in through open cabin windows and seemed to resound in the husky’s head, over and over. Sitting up, bottle still in hand from the night before, Lysander shook himself out, feeling the pounding reminding him that two and a half bottles were missing from the storage under his floor boards. Tossing aside the empty glass container, and rather shakily he, the silver brute pulled himself up, rubbing sleep from his eyes. Barely able to remember what had woken him only seconds before, Lysander moved to the cabin door, pulling it shut behind him as he stepped out into the fresh air. A pack hunt? A meeting? The call hadn’t seemed urgent, but he was up already and so gaining his wits, he moved towards the summoning.

Having paused to splash water on his face and rinse the smell of booze from his breath, Lysander was feeling much more lively when he strolled into the meeting, upright on two legs as per usual. Eyes danced about the gathering, only did he recognize Jefferson from the meeting nearly five months prior and Asariel. This did not surprise him as he hadn’t been about much lately, or much before either. There had been plenty of pack hunts he had by passed and he hoped that a hunt wasn’t the intention of this gathering now. Lysander was able to look perfectly bright and cheery, but he couldn’t ignore the pounding of his head.

Asariel, for a moment he let his grey eyes linger on the only friendly face he knew, and then they darted to the male she stood closely by. Coyly he smirked at her, a knowing glance given to the boy. Lysander had been spending his time outside of the pack, wandering Aniwaya and Dahlia de Mai lands, he hadn’t been keeping tabs on Asariel but it seemed she had made more friends than she could claim at their last meeting. Whether that was a good thing or not, Lysander was undecided. Turning to the leader, he dipped his head quickly, opting to remain silent as he waited to see what others would find their way to the group.
