Cow mooed in confusion, but it was now looking down at the grass-empty ground, feeling extremely much odder than usual. The ground was supposed to stand still because that was what it was supposed to do, but it felt like the bull’s whole world was playing a trick on him now, dancing, twisting and turning. Nothing made any sense, and a strong and unpleasant scent stung in his large nostrils. Tongue helplessly leaped in and out of them in order to somehow wash away the unpleasant smell, but it could not get anything but a few boogers. The large animal mooed again and turned its gaze upwards again to see if the wolves still wanted to eat it, but there were no longer lots of wolves there. Okay, that was easy. Cow was very big and strong and brave so he had scared them away. The bull lowered its gaze to the ground again, slowly turning around, almost tripping as it did. Tricky ground and sky and buildings being weird! There were more wolves! They were standing at some distance, so perhaps he could try to scare them away with his mighty horns if they wanted to try to eat him. Cow mooed, then when it started to walk towards the wolf it fell on its side, wriggling its body in confusion. |
