This hills where his new home, away from the eyes that thought he was sleeping around on her. The black male would have loved to move out into his Aunt's pack with a happy note.He would have loved more then any thing for her to come with him, but he had to leave it. He was a scout in the pack here as he was before, he had to work. He had to prove that he was worth of the tittle "pack member" The blue eyed babe gave a sigh as he laid his head down upon his paws. Watching the borders from a small clift, he was a scout, he had to watch the borders. The male shut his eyes, thinking of the black child that he left be hide. That was suppose to be his child, but he left him. Lucifer had found him-self feeling like he had in fact failed again. Opening his eye's, Lucifer stood up, stretching as he sar back down, not letting his eyes fall from the border lines.

Calypso was still so new to Jaded Shadows that the scent of the pack hadn't assimilated into his own. It was possible, in fact, that a cursory examination of his scent would lead one to believe he was not actually a member of the pack. But enough wolves had heard he lived here now, and some even remembered the long ago days when he would creep around the land as a young pup. Now he had a child of his own; a creamy colored ball of fluff trotting along behind him, doing her best to put her paws exactly in Calypso's tracks. Having much shorter legs did not make things easy; her gait was a mix between a hop and a skip as she leaped from paw print to paw print.

This dark male was a stranger to Calypso. Like during his time in Storm, he felt a compulsion to acquaint himself with everyone in the pack. They were like an extended family, and it was his responsibility to get to know them. Calypso approached from outside the borders; he had taken Sofia down to the nearby ocean to splash in the waves. She had been delighted by salty water and sea breeze and both father and daughter were still damp from their adventure. However, this further obscured the Jaded Shadows scent, masking it beneath a rich saltiness. "Hello there."

He was still new to these lands, but they where far from strange. His mother had three pups out of the litter to these lands, all sick, all tainted with illness, and only two was able to make it home with out the fear of death sleeping over there heads every night. Fatin had wasted much time saving Charm, and his own life, and his mothers. Summer never let Lucifer forget, pushing that of all beings in these woods, that she needed the most of his respect. Lucifer made many trips to these lands, before he was allowed to call them home, his new home, away from those that wished him only hate. The blue eyed child took a chance and stood up, forgetting what the white lady had told him. Seeing the being crossing the borders with out a care in the world, he couldn't help but for his fur to raise up on his shoulders. No one crossed over and marked the lands for any other pack while he was on watch. Swiftly pushing him-self to stand only a few tail lengths apart the black male snarled.

"What pack are you from Storm?"

Lucifer had many of ghost in his closet, and all of them happened to be with in the lands of Storm only wishing him ill will, he wasn't going to get in to the fight this easy. He was going to have to re-mark the pack boarders. Clearly some didn't know where the line was drawn at.

Calypso pressed his ears flat against his head, placing himself between Lucifer and his daughter. He didn't like this dark fellow's attitude, and didn't want to chance Sofia. He wanted to growl as well, but restrained himself, and tried to relax somewhat. This was obviously just some sort of misinterpretation, there was no reason to cause friction or alienate himself from a pack member. "I was born in Storm, but am a member no longer. Anyway, as far as I've heard, there have never been any problems between Storm and Jaded Shadows." He forced himself to sit down, finding it difficult to relax with the stranger hovering so closely. "And I live here now, anyway.." He considered saying "we," instead, but decided against bringing any attention to her slender, vulnerable form. The dark male looked too volatile.
