What exactly had she got herself into, she really wasn't sure, but it was an adventure! The wheaten brindle grinned at the thought as she nearly galloped down the trails across the kingdom. She could still smell wolves and it seemed like they were everywhere but she had yet to see one so she didn't worry so much about that little issue. Her floppy ears flicked back and forth at the sound of the hare coursing through the undergrowth and trying to escape her massive looming frame. Her tongue lulled out of her maw happily as she gave chase, barking and carrying on excitedly, not really caring if she caught the prey or not. Just to be out and running was good enough for her, for now.
Suddenly her head pulled up fast, her body not far behind it in attempting to halt as the spicy scent of a larger beast caught her attention. She knew the smell but it was one that had long been removed, a wilder nature to the hoofed mammal. She paused, glanced around for the hare, realizing it was gone she just shrugged and padded off towards this new more interesting scent. Her eyes twinkling with excitement once more. These new lands were like a trip to the countryside with the lack of civilization and all. She had really outdone herself this time!
