300+ Would you mind if we back-dated this to Saturday? o:

Indecision hung over the Marino man like a veil, clouding his vision and remaining in his thoughts every second of every day, just a solemn whisper in the back of his mind. He had managed to shush those stressful thoughts down to that simple whisper during the last week, feeling more at peace when he wasn’t dwelling on the situation. He couldn’t put it off forever, he knew that, but it hurt less to simply try to pretend that everything was still normal. It was cowardly to act like there was no choice between staying with his family in Crimson Dreams and moving to live with his new, budding family in Phoenix Valley. Part of him felt like it already knew the answer. Whatever decision he eventually came to, he knew he couldn’t put his current task off any longer. Ehno needed to be there for Naniko when the pups came. When their pups came.

The Dreamer Captain drifted along the outskirts of the eastern pack, amber eyes taking in the scenery. He was searching for any sign that Naniko had already arrived here in the pack, though he knew it was unlikely that he would find anything. The pale lady would most likely was sitting comfortably within these pack lands already, considering how soon the little ones should be arriving, but Ehno felt uncertain lingering around the borders without knowing for sure. The man came to a halt and shuffled his two feet uncomfortably, glancing uneasily around the perimeter. A pack member was bound to discover him sooner or later, and the fact that he had been lingering around the pack’s territory for so long would make him look rather suspicious. His nervous shifting from one foot to another would only put him under more scrutiny. Ehno took a deep breath to calm his nerves and slipped his worn travel bag from one shoulder to the other. He let forth a low howl, a simple call to make any nearby Phoenix Valley residents aware of his presence. The Italian man stopped shuffling around anxiously and settled into a more positive stance, feeling more confident after his call.
