A cool breeze blew through the thick underbrush of Ethereal Eclipse. The silence was deafening beyond that of a babbling bit of stream not far from a little clearing. One of the few spots where sunlight peeked through the heavy vegetation. The stream blinked with sunlight, colored white, blue, and deep green, while the usually darkened trees were revealed to be lovely shades of chocolate and lime. A white blur darted through the bright lights of the clearing, and momentarily blinded, was thrown off of her prey.

"God Blessed...!" She snapped, landing hard on her back. She recovered to a seated position in a labored manner, but in vain. On the other side of the clearing, the almost equally white Deer she had been herding was lost amidst the choking treeline. Breathing hard, the aesthete scenarist angrily dismissed the overly bright location she had fallen into. Normally, something like this would be quite a find in the Ethereal Eclipse, with its ever twilight times beneath dark trees tops. And normally, Ailbhe would love to bask in the light it provided. But providing for circumstances...

She certainly did not tap into her love of beauty.

From the last time she was seen, the ivory beauty had put on a little more weight- participating in a multi-day banquet will do that to you- and now her previously slim, malnourished form was heavier, yet still slender upon powerful stilts. Ribs were far less pronounced, but still visible through thick white pelt, and muscle had since filled back in. In a few more days, you would not even know she had been so thin only just the other day. Icy blue eyes stared sullenly after the deer that had gotten away. She HAD to bring something back to the storage- it was her duty as a village living wolf! She felt terrible simply eating out of the storage and not returning anything. Steeling her sense of defeat with one of determination, lovely ball of fresh snow picked herself back up and looked around.

Thoughts whirled about in her head as Ailbhe eyed the stream to her left. A watering hole, it could turn out to be... and to her right, nothing but more of the massively thick forestry that surrounded the clearing. Physically nodding her mental confirmation, the slender fairy tenderly picked herself up and headed for the stream. Surely if she couldn't get something drinking, she could catch a fish or two, right?
