Hunting was something Leroy thoroughly enjoyed to do and being out of his own packlands didn't mean he wouldn't do so, though he was aware not to pass into other packlands. Moving in a swift sprint the husky's large black and white form moved liked a liquid machine, muscles flexing with strength beneath his patterned coat as he trailed the brown doe. They did their deadly dance of life and death as his paws slammed the ground right after her hoves dug into the earth before Leroy, red eyes watched her every moved as they moved through the forest.
Leroy was so close now he moved to dodge her sharp hoves as they dodged and danced around the trees, his nose burned with every scent as his heart pounded in his strong chest as his legs kicked at the right second. The second his mind triggered without thought when the doe shifted just the slightest to dart to the side of the next tree. Jaws were open and the inpact of flesh and flesh was loud as he slammed into the doe locking his jaws on the first bit of flesh. Their bodies went tumbling and rolling for a few long seconds as the the dance came to a quick sudden end, Leroy let a snarl emit from his throat as his patterned form stradled the fallen deer before his own jaws quickly found her throat as he moved away from her ever kicking feet.
THe next few seconds was a normal as ever for any wolf or dog in this case. Head jerked here and there as Leroy's ears pinned on his skull from the last cries of the small doe, oh the meat will taste so good but it was chase that had thrilled him. Once he has eaten his fill of the deer the husky will harvest what is left before heading straight back to his home, he does worry for Amaranth and Kable being so far away them at times. In his own thoughts Leroy licked the blood from his maw leaving the pink tent as he started open the deer.
